Welcome to Haint Blue Haven, the east-side townhouse of Savannah's historic Silas Fulton House — and a true love letter to Lowcountry tradition. Built in 1860 for Silas Fulton, one of Savannah's early freedmen and entrepreneurs, this beautifully preserved post-and-beam home pairs original architectural character with refined modern luxury, all wrapped up in one of the most iconic design traditions in the South: the haint blue ceiling.

Haint blue — that soft, sky-washed blue you see on porch ceilings, doorways, and shutters all across the Lowcountry — is more than just a beautiful color. Rooted in Gullah Geechee heritage, the tradition holds that haint blue tricks restless spirits ("haints") into thinking the ceiling is water, keeping them from entering the home. At Haint Blue Haven, this storied tradition isn't just a nod — it's a centerpiece of the home's character, woven into ceilings, accents, and design details that make this stay unmistakably Savannah.

With 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and room for up to 6 guests, Haint Blue Haven is perfectly sized for couples traveling together, small families, girls' getaways, anniversaries, and romantic Southern escapes. Each elegantly appointed bedroom features luxury mattresses (frequently called out by guests as some of the most comfortable they've ever slept in), high-end linens, and thoughtfully curated decor. The fully equipped chef's kitchen is ready for a home-cooked Lowcountry meal, while the inviting living spaces — complete with smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi — are perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Step outside to the shared courtyard, where a gas fire pit sets the scene for slow Savannah evenings under the stars. Travelers will also love the rare and welcome perk of a reserved off-street parking spot — a true luxury in a city famous for tight parking. And because we know your dog is family too, Haint Blue Haven is dog-friendly (with a small fee), making it an ideal pick for travelers who want to bring their four-legged companions along for the trip.

Outside the front door, you're immediately immersed in the magic of Savannah's Historic District. Stroll the cobblestones of Jones Street — often called one of the most beautiful streets in America — wander the moss-draped squares, browse boutique shops, and dine at award-winning restaurants like The Grey, The Olde Pink House, and Mrs. Wilkes' Dining Room. Forsyth Park is just a short walk away, with its iconic fountain, picnic-perfect lawns, and weekend farmers' market. River Street's waterfront, with its shops, breweries, and live music, is an easy stroll north.

Planning a larger gathering? Haint Blue Haven shares a building with our Luxe Retreat townhouse, and the two can be booked together to create a 6-bedroom, 3.5-bath estate that sleeps 12 — perfect for family reunions, bachelorette weekends, weddings, and milestone celebrations.

Whether you're here for the history, the food, the romance, or the chance to slow down and experience Savannah at her most magical, Haint Blue Haven offers a stay as soulful and storied as the city itself.

Had one of the best experiences here. Probably the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed in- but what really got me was the SEVERAL thoughtful touches. This place had everything someone would need including placemats, all sorts of kitchen gadgets, toiletries, etc. It felt like home away from home BUT none of the work of getting it ready. The beds were so comfortable- my teens favorite part of the whole house especially after a long day of walking. Beautifully blended preserving the history and modernizing the conveniences. We had a great stay and am thankful for the hosts time and attention to all the details!

This was a lovely townhome in the historic District. It had a combination of old and new. Building was built in 1860 and any updates were done well to keep with the history of the building. The decor was awesome. Everything we were interested in was very close by you could walk or drive depending on your preference.. and Savannah is a beautiful town. Our experience overall was wonderful.

Excellent property. Great location in the city within walking distance to all the things. This is on a pretty busy road so there is road noise but we had noise machines with us and slept great!

410 Price St was exactly what we needed for a girls' weekend — an unbeatable location, a spotless, thoughtfully decorated space, and a host who made everything effortless. Walkable to the best squares, restaurants, and shops. We'd book it again in a heartbeat.
