Great stay for a family wedding. We had a baby with us and the office worked great as a room for the baby with a pack n play. Walkability is great- strolled over to Zingerman’s and the Kerrytown Market. And Karen was a wonderful host- super responsive and accommodating! And she has thought of everything in the way of making her guests stay not just easeful and enjoyable, but extra touches of luxury and cleanliness.

My friends and I loved staying here for our annual girl’s retreat. The Airbnb was beautiful and all of the finishes, furniture, and personal touches were so nice! It was super clean, too. The beds were comfortable and cozy, and we really appreciated the coffee setup and wine that was provided, too. It’s not your basic Airbnb, with nice pans, silverware, towels, and a Frame TV! The location is great for Ann Arbor—so close to walk to all the main streets and attractions.

We had 8 friends from all over gather to enjoy a girlfriends weekend- had wonderful time… was great fun for us all- the place was spotless and super comfortable with so many nice thoughtful touches. We slept great and the hot water was plentiful. Beds super comfy and even the ladies who came to do the turnover cleaning were so lovely. We will definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Karen's place in Ann Arbor. It was clean and comfortable. Best part was its location as it was walkable to downtown and all the restaurants and locations we wanted to visit for our little mini reunion. I highly recommend and will keep this house in mind if I come back again with my family. Thank you for sharing your house with us!!

The Blue Arbor was perfect for our group of 7 last weekend! The house was well equipped, spotless, and spacious enough for our party to feel comfortable. As other reviews mentioned there is some road noise, so we were happy to have earplugs provided. The stairs were not an issue for the adults in their mid 60s in our group.Karen was extremely responsive and helped solve a minor issue very quickly. We’d absolutely stay here again!
